Skill Introduction

Overview
Create and manage a DDD bounded context with standard directory structure

Core value

Turns reusable Other know-how into an installable skill, helping users complete github, community, claude, mcp work faster.

Target users

  • Developers, testers, and maintainers who handle Other tasks in Focus Code.
  • Teams that already trust workflows or content from ruvnet.
  • Users who want standardized prompts, steps, or conventions instead of repeating setup work.

Best practices

  • Read the skill content first to confirm required inputs, expected outputs, and dependencies.
  • Try it on a small task before relying on it for critical work.
  • Add project-specific constraints such as coding style, target platform, test expectations, and delivery format.
  • For external sources, verify the source link, version, and recent maintenance activity.

Best use cases

  • Tasks related to github, community, claude, mcp that need a reusable execution flow.
  • Converting a community repo, team convention, or personal workflow into day-to-day assistance.
  • Starting from a proven skill instead of writing prompts or procedures from scratch.

Limits and boundaries

  • Results depend on the quality of the original skill content and may need human correction.
  • It does not replace code review, tests, security review, or professional judgment.
  • External tools, APIs, account permissions, and local dependencies still need separate setup.

Differentiation

  • Structured around Other, making it easier to discover and reuse than loose prompt snippets.
  • Marked as GitHub, which helps users judge trust and maintenance expectations.
  • Keeps the original source link available for repository, documentation, or discussion follow-up.
  • Tagged with github, community, claude, mcp, so it can be filtered by concrete task intent.

Create a bounded context directory structure for the given context name.

Parse $ARGUMENTS as the context name (kebab-case). If empty, list existing contexts.

Steps

  1. Validate name: Ensure the context name is kebab-case and does not already exist under src/.

  2. Create directory structure:

    src/<context-name>/
      domain/
        entities/
        value-objects/
        events/
        services/
        repositories/
      application/
      infrastructure/

  3. Generate index files:

    • src/<context-name>/domain/entities/index.ts -- barrel export for entities
    • src/<context-name>/domain/value-objects/index.ts -- barrel export for value objects
    • src/<context-name>/domain/events/index.ts -- barrel export for domain events
    • src/<context-name>/domain/services/index.ts -- barrel export for domain services
    • src/<context-name>/domain/repositories/index.ts -- barrel export for repository interfaces
    • src/<context-name>/domain/index.ts -- re-export all domain submodules
    • src/<context-name>/application/index.ts -- barrel export for application services
    • src/<context-name>/infrastructure/index.ts -- barrel export for infrastructure implementations
    • src/<context-name>/index.ts -- public API of the bounded context (re-exports domain and application only, NOT infrastructure)
  4. Store in domain model graph:

mcp__claude-flow__agentdb_hierarchical-store --parent "domain" --child "context:<context-name>" --relation "contains"
mcp__claude-flow__memory_store --key "ddd-context-<context-name>" --value "Created bounded context" --namespace tasks

  5. Report: Confirm the context was created and list the generated files.
